Venerable Dekhung Gyaltsey Tulku Rinpoche is expected to visit Australia soon.

Last year Rinpoche kindly agreed to hold the 4th annual Mahamudra retreat during his visit in 2009.

It is expected that the retreat will be held at Karma Yiwong Samten Ling, 1064 Sandy Creek Road, Manildra; be non residential and conducted over 10 days.

At this point no dates have been finalised.

Monthly 1 Day Shamatha and Chenrezig Retreats

All welcome!

The day will include:
Tranquillity (Shamatha) meditation (morning)
The Chenrezig practice - Buddha of compassion (after lunch)

What to bring:
lunch to share
a meditation cushion - (some cushions & lounge chairs available)
comfortable clothing
easy on/off shoes or sandals
